Turn manual work into automation your team owns.
Choose one repetitive process in your business. Someone on your team builds the automation, one-to-one with an expert beside them, inside your own systems. You keep the automation, the knowledge and the IP.
Two short steps. Indicative pricing straight after you submit.
Which of these is happening in your business?
You do not need an AI strategy to start. You need one repetitive job worth getting rid of.
Stop re-keying the same data. Start automating it.
Someone copies the same information between systems because they do not talk to each other.
A report takes hours to rebuild even though most of it is the same every time.
Your team chases customers, documents or approvals by hand, again and again.
Enquiries wait too long for a response because someone has to notice and act.
A process only works properly when one particular person is in.
The same process, six weeks apart
An example of the kind of operational work that can be rebuilt. The process we scope with you will be your own.
One person holding it together.
It runs. A person checks the exceptions.
Illustrative example. We agree the actual process and what success looks like with you before any work starts.
Start with one process — or build the capability.
Both are a fixed, one-off investment. No retainer, no subscription and nothing to keep renting from us.
One Automation
One real process, built with your team in about six weeks.
- Scoped with an expert before anything is built
- One-to-one mentoring until it is live
- Built in your own systems, documented and handed over
- Follow-up support after launch
Capability Programme
Build automation capability across the business over the year.
- Several automations, prioritised with you
- Flexible one-to-one mentoring across the year
- Backed by a first-automation guarantee (terms apply)
- Your person becomes your in-house capability
Not sure which fits? You do not need to decide now. Tell us the process and we will recommend the right route.
The people stay. The busywork goes.
We are not here to replace anyone. We give your team the skill to stop doing the work a system should be doing.
Real automations. Real results. Built with your team.
Same people. Smarter processes.
Less manual work. More time for what matters.
Choose it. Build it. Launch it. Own it.
One process, one nominated person in your team, and one technical mentor alongside them.
Choose the problem
We look at the repetitive process and what working needs to mean. If it is not a sensible candidate, we tell you.
Nominate the builder
Someone who knows the process and can give it a few hours a week. They do not need to be technical.
Build with an expert
Your person works one-to-one with a technical mentor inside your own systems. Your team learns by doing.
Launch and own it
Tested, documented and handed over. Your team can maintain it, change it or build the next one.
Send this part to them before you decide.
This part is for the person who will actually do the work — because if they are not on board, it will not succeed.
- A few hours a week of your own time between sessions. Honestly, not a token amount.
- One-to-one with a mentor who can write code alongside you. Not a classroom.
- You build it in your company's own systems, so you understand every part of it.
- No exam, no assessment. Practical work, and a skill that stays with you.
Most automation companies want you to depend on them. We would rather make ourselves unnecessary.
A done-for-you agency can be the right answer when you want to outsource the problem. Elvante is for businesses that want the solution and the capability to stay in-house.
This works when three things are true
If one is missing, the first conversation will uncover it before anyone commits.
You can name the process
You can explain what starts it, what happens now and where the friction sits.
Someone can own the build
One person who knows the process and can give it a few hours each week.
Someone can sign it off
A process owner who can make decisions and confirm the finished automation does what was agreed.
What businesses usually ask first
How much does it cost?
It is a fixed, one-off investment — no retainer, no subscription and no licence to keep paying. The figure depends on which route fits your process, so we show you indicative pricing as soon as you tell us about it, and confirm it in writing after a free scoping conversation.
Do we need someone technical?
No. Your nominated person needs to understand the process and be comfortable learning. The technical mentor can write code and configure systems alongside them where needed.
How much time does our person need?
A few hours a week during an active build, alongside the mentoring sessions. We will be specific once we understand your process.
What happens to the automation afterwards?
It stays with you. It is built in your own systems, with documentation, and there is no Elvante licence needed to keep using it.
What about our data and passwords?
Your nominated person works in your systems. We do not need your passwords or a copy of your business data, and sample or masked data is used wherever practical.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. On the Capability Programme, if your first agreed automation is not live within six months, we keep mentoring at no extra charge until it is — provided the agreed client responsibilities are met. We will take you through the terms on the call.
Can you simply build it for us?
This is built around capability transfer. If you want a completely done-for-you service, a conventional automation agency may suit you better — and we will tell you so.
Is this a qualification?
No. This is practical training and implementation, with no assessment or certificate. Elvante also delivers a separate government-funded Level 4 apprenticeship for eligible employers; if it looks relevant, we can explain it on the call.
Show us the process you want to stop doing by hand.
Two short steps. We will come back with an honest view on whether it is a good candidate — and the right route for you.
- Indicative pricing for your route, straight after you submit
- A free, no-obligation consultation
- Focused on your process, not a generic AI pitch
- If it is not suitable, we will say so
